Cabin Quilting is located in Cook, MN, on the west side of beautiful Lake Vermilion in northern MN.
The store opened it’s doors on Mar. 31, 2011. The building was a former “man cave”–.the 1st room sold chainsaws and parts . The larger room was used for small engine repair shop, complete with two garage doors on each end.
When I looked at the building, I didn’t see the grease-stained floor, copper air compressor lines & steel sheeting. I saw a place for my long arm quilting machine.
What to do with the rest of the room?? Well, fabric, of course!
I celebrated 10 yrs in business this year, hurrah. A journey of wonderful people.
Cabin Quilting has something for everyone; modern & traditional, 1930’s, Civil War, Kaffe, Moda, Island Batik, Northcott, Benartex, just to name a few.
