Cherrywood Hand Dyed Fabrics creates gorgeous solid fabric for quilters that looks and feels like suede.
We have been in business over 30 years, and are proud to finally offer a retail space to sell our products in the heart of Minnesota. Our small staff dyes the cotton fabric right on the premises, and ships orders to quilt shows, retail shops, and customers all over the world.
Not only will you get a peek at the proprietary dyeing process, you can shop directly from our inventory room (sometimes referred to the Candy Store!) with it’s floor to ceiling color.
Bring your ideas and our experienced staff will help make selections from our palette of 200 colors. We also sell fabric in curated bundles, providing a convenient starting point for projects.
Karla Overland, owner and designer, has a line of patterns to choose from, as well as many patterns and kits from various designers. You are guaranteed to have a smile on your face when you are surrounded by all that solid color.
We also carry products related to The Cherrywood Challenge. This annual contest is based on a specific color palette and theme. You can pick up current and previous challenge bundles, collect the inspirational photo books, and even purchase polymer clay jewelry for each theme.
