When you walk into Creations Quilt Shop, you’re likely to hear a longarm quilting, folks chatting, and a baby babbling. We strive to be your friendly quilting place, a spot for you to come as you are and stay awhile, surrounded by helpful and friendly staff and beautiful fabrics.
In July 2020, we bought Creations Quilt Shop from the previous owners, our friends who had been in business for over 20 years. We’re now family owned and operated, with three generations together in the shop each day: Donna (mom/grandma), Melissa (daughter/mom) and Jojo (the quilt shop baby).
We’re an all-inclusive quilt shop with longarm quilting services. We have an extensive line of batiks with 1000+ bolts, as well as solids and blenders, children’s, oriental, tone-on-tone, black and whites, 108’s and more. We carry a variety of brands including Island Batiks, Northcott, Marcus Fabrics, Batik Textiles, Hoffman, Timeless Treasures, Quilting Treasures, and RJR.
The best part of our day is interacting with our customers – from assisting with fabric or pattern selection to delivering a finished quilt we longarm quilted, we love it all. We feel so honored to be a part of our customer’s creative processes and can’t wait to see what they create next.

What to Do While in Duluth:
Duluth is located on the tip of Lake Superior, lots of great places to eat and visit when you are here. Park Point is the longest fresh water sand beach located on the Great Lakes, over 7 miles long. Jay Cooke State Park is close to Duluth and worth a visit, as is driving up the North Shore to see more of Lake Superior.
